Kira Trine

by UserShadow7989

Foremost, I desire to congratulate you for doing a moveset for an Master Character. That takes creativeness, forbearance, and moxie. I once aimed to such a effort, but my want of image doed me give upwards. Luckily, such is not the instance here, as Junahu seems to hold graciously added his artistic acquisitions in furnishing a beautiful image of Kira. Splendid. *Pretends Kira is wearing sneakers*

Statistically-speaking, Kira makes n't appear to hold bay moving for her. She Holds fast, jumps high, and... that Holds about it. On the flipside, she Holds light, holds small powerfulness, below average compass and precedency, and second-rate grip and onrush velocity. Sounds like your typical fast-weak character, but those characters usually brag a better onslaught velocity stat. Really, it Holds safe to state Kira 's only existent strength is move, which holds possible to travel either fashion, dependant on the existent onslaughts, so I 'll be looking at those more carefully to ascertain my ideas on this moveset 's balance.

I 'm not usually one to give much comment to the Animations/Stances, but I verily like how you set this together, Shadow. The small spots after each one where you give Kira 's ideas are really corking, and really kept my attending through this subdivision. I really basked reading this very much, as it Holds assisted solidify my position of the character. Assassinator, assassin.

Ok, on to the existent moves. To commence away, I need to tell that this organisation is n't stellar. It Holds functional and gets the line maked for me, since I 'm deliberately locomoting through the full moveset, but mortal looking for a specific constituent may fight to chance the appropriate head. My simple suggestion is to center the subdivision headings, and bold the move rubrics and names. Merely that would travel a long style, I conceive. Anyhow, locomoting all along, the Neutral Onset is good plenty, even if it is slightly irksome. My major concern after reading it is that mayhap the Specials should be first therein moveset, since the Sodium cites a move that I 've yet to read, which sounds like the sort of move that will hold an outcome on more only this move.

As surmised, I see more exercise of the Neutral Special in reading the F-Tilt. I make verily like what I see in the F-Tilt, though. Heck, even the kick component of the move is playfulness to envision, and the geyser but adds to it. I 'll presume it Holds merely a literal when you state that it freezes like the Ice Climbers ' Side B, and that you intended Down Bacillus Otherwise, awe-inspiring. The D-Tilt without the Neutral Special good is instead dull, but the stone event is cool, so that Holds redemptory plenty. The U-Tilt is rather a unusual move, but it Holds functional plenty. The toxicant is besides a nice touching, though I make n't wish it equally very much like the old moves. The Style Onrush is good for a purely physical move, pulling on extra effects to maintain it interesting. I still hold yet to read that Neutral Special you hold citing, as I 'm ascertained to move through this in the order you showed it, so I must acknowledge I 'm still slightly befuddled.

Situationals now? I would 've anticipated those after the totality of the needed moves... Anyway, they look ok. I particularly like the Shelf Onrush under 100 % impairment. I should remark to you, though, that while Shelf Attacks alteration based on harm pct, Get Up / Base Up / Ascension Attacks ( overly many names we 've got travelling aroundfor these... ) alteration based on place. You hold an onset from the forepart, from the dorsum, and from a sitting place ( after stumbling ). That aside, these aspect somewhat good. I make n't really hold many good or bad remarks for them.

So... Bashes now. That sounds approximately right. The F-Smash is reasonably cool, though reference of orbit would be nice here. Shockwaves do the otherwise slow D-Smash acceptable, though again they cite that N-Spec... Hunky-dory, now the U-Smash, that Holds belike my favorite move in the moveset so far. Verily cool material there.

To the Aerials! The N-Air 's recovery holding is its state of grace, sure. The U-Air is nice. Good occupation there. The D-Air is a rattlingly cool move, although I 'd wish to see some slowdown adverted. Honestly, though, it Holds another favorite thought of mine, with the projectile twister like that. Kira 's definitely demonstrating her versatility with the elements. The Fair, as you state, is bland, and the B-Air is n't super great either. It Holds a bit nicer for the electrical consequence and the motility, but effects can justly make suchly for such a normal boot.

Now I eventually attain that Special subdivision I 've been inquiring about. Ah, now it all add up, though I make experience that the N-Spec 's issue should likelily endure a titch longer. Anyways, that Holds not extremely important, given that I 'm no balance maestro. It Holds simply a idea, seing the move holds a middling long slowdown, I believe that should either be shortened or the outcome lengthened. Holding already seen all of its effects on the assorted moves, I can tell that this onrush rattlingly salvages the moveset in much of shipways.

The S-Spec is somewhat good, I care its ability to halt your opposition while you mend or pose upwards another onslaught. Not much else to tell about it, honestly, though it makes n't stand out overmuchly as a Special over other onsets. This could even as easily hold been an F-Smash, but that Holds not a major ailment. All things viewed, I make care it. Again, though, a reference of retardation would be nice.

The D-Spec is an interesting turn on a counter thought. I care the construct, but I fear it may be underpowered. I intend, Kira still takes impairment and knockback, yes? And what with it enduring good day, it would be awfully easy to discover and simply catch her, or wait for it to terminate and present their strongest onslaught. Balance issues aside, this is one of my favorite moves in the 'set.

The U-Spec is rattlingly cool, especially with the projectile version. I too like all the assorted usages for this move, which again exhibits Kira 's versatility as a battler. Verily nice here, no ailments.

The Grab looks hard to get the bent of applying, but honoring in the manuses of a really experient participant. Interesting thought to take the Pummel and only turn it into a 5th Throw. I care that. The F-Throw is nice, as you designate out, for procuring you an easy usage of your N-Spec, which is good to hold since Kira 's pretty reliant thereon to be really good. Nice B-Throw also, reminds me of one I gave May 's Beautifly. Cool material. The D-Throw is likewise really cool, I wish the deflection portals. Yeah, only cool material, and good for a more detrimental Throw. I really laughed envisaging the U-Throw, which is a nice encouragement to a character who fights for powerful moves. Very Nice.

The Final Knock is kinda a pseudo-PK Starstorm, but eh, it Holds got its unparalleled belongings, so I ca n't kick overmuchly. Not much to state, honestly. It Holds good, only not fantabulous.

Your Playstyle subdivision looks to summarize upwardly goodly what I 've discovered in reading the moveset, so nice work. I 'm sure in light of the playstyle `` motility '' recently, you might be anticipated to pen a more extended one, but I 'm completely contented with what you 've got, so that Holds merely hunky-dory. Though the Anti-Playstyle ( yeah, I merely doed that term upwards ) is brief, it makes n't really postulate to be that long, since Kira 's weak points are fairly obvious.

The Extras are all Nice, but as I 'm not a immense fan of delving through all of them, I 'll merely hit on a couple of. Foremost, I care the Surrogate Colours. Not gon na lie; that maid outfit is instead attractive. The Taunts and Triumph Poses are nice for the excess feel they give for who exactly Kirais. Hugely important for an OC, and you 've had best throughout this moveset to do her experience familiar. The only other little Supernumerary I wish to touch on is the Kirby Lid. While you make province what Kirby looks like, I 'm inquiring exactly what ability he gets, as Kira 's Neutral Special would be instead useless to Kirby. Her Side Special, possibly?

Anyhow, tout ensemble, I hold really miscellaneous feelings about this moveset. There was very much of material that I rattlingly cared, and much of material that I maked n't like suchly. This moveset makes n't hold any particular countries that it surpasses or fights inward, methinks, being a fairly model of an well-rounded pretty good moveset. Take the good from this, as it Holds definitely good, and essay to comb out the bad material, and you 'll be cranking out some seriously awing movesets, Shadow!

Phosphoruses: Once more, I admire you greatly for doing an Master Character entry. *Applause*
